Great response and service

I want to thank Coeros for their response time and customer service. I ordered and recieved the manual stand from them a while back. Assembled and used a few times, a nice nitch product being able to display with the head on, thank you. About the 4th time it clicked and dropped but luckily the feet were close to the ground and nothing was damaged, so I thought. In a thorough examination. I found the crank assemble was not tight so I tightened the 4 screws but did not notice that the bearing had been damaged (as seen below). After 2 emails and pictures, they sent me a new post. I guess the bushing couldn’t be replaced easily.

Notice the bushing is missing. It finally cracked completely then fell out.
