Rough shipment of new iron-tech doll, what to do about damage?

Post by aliendroid »

It was Fed Ex from china to Texas. Doll is the voluptuous Latina from iron-tech.

She is so beautiful I doubt I'd send her anywhere fronts but can I repair this myself and what are your general thoughts?

Neck was fully bent to the side and she had the little neck socket pushed into the right area above collar bone. You see a small crack there.

Hi lovely gal. You might try a warm towel over the wound. And massage the neck crease. But the damage is probably here to stay. Talk to the vendor but it’s fed ex fault. But she should have been packed better from the manufacturer to prevent this. They owe you…. Don’t settle unless you can live with the flaws.

I second that. I would definitely show these photograph's to your re-seller, and ask for a compensation. Alternatively you could ask if they can send a repair professional to your address. Surely there will be Irontech employees in the States!

Good luck, hope it will turn out good for you.

Check with your vendor or if you bought direct, the manufacturer first.

I did, I said the same thing. I also let them know fed ex was dropping my box, he dropped it in front of me, then went ahead and gave fed ex a 2/5 star rating, 2 because they were on time and if they were late they'd get a 1/5.

The vendor said the same thing and I did that and it's much better now, I still see a scratch but it isn't a big deal.
