The Tomax Venus does match pretty well in the color department. Another thing I like about most Tomax inserts is that they don't have a pinhole for an opening like some of the Meikis have which rip pretty easily. But the Meikis are awesome inserts in spite of the tiny opening.

Halloween! I figured now's the time to use the costume I saved up as a surprise for Flandre.

If you noticed there were 2 heads in the box, you noticed right. Well here's what the second head was about. Say hello to Remilia Scarlet, Flandre's older sister:

Image

Dressed in a pink costume and black wings, Remilia's another character from Touhou and final boss from the 6th game, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Closeup of the wings

Flandre was really happy to see her. She couldn't wait to spend some time with her. How the quality of this picture is so different from the others, I don't know. I guess it's the light.

But now I have 2 vampires in my living space. Boy am I glad they barely need any blood, though  . As closure, another picture of them together with their respective plushie (Well, almost. Remilia's hair is different on the plush)

Very cute :o I like the new face/head! I'm still hoping that soon the 130 cm doll will also get an upgraded skeleton. The 160 cm posing capabilities are great :)

After a long while not making any new photos, Akyu has found another cute pose to show off with :D. Hope you guys like it just as much as I do.

I did mention her hip joints got loose some time ago, but it seems she can still hold a pose like this so I'm not too worried. I'll still see if I can find more poses for her

Thanks. To make things a bit more clear about which joint is loose, it's the one in the middle of the body that makes her able to sit straight without the need of anything supporting her back. So in other words, she's having a hard time sitting like this now or can't even do it at all anymore:

I want to try and fix it, but for now I'm not so sure about how to do it.

Hi,

First congratulations to you all for such a lovely family.

I am unfamiliar with these dolls, but they are catching my eye. Particularly because I bought a silicone doll and sold her within 2 weeks, she was just too heavy for my back and she was a small doll at 37lbs. So these at under 20lbs are appealing to me.

I have a couple of questions if you can share your experience I would be grateful.
If you press these is there a solid core in the chest or is it like a plump teddy bear? Does it feel like foam or like fluffy filling?

Also does the bum feel any different than the rest of the doll, like is there any difference in the filling for the bum and breasts?

Thank you :)

For the first question, I barely feel anything solid when I do that. They're great for hugging. I can't accurately describe it because I don't know for sure about foam softness, but if I have to compare it to one of those fluffy teddy bears we had years ago, I have to say these dolls aren't like that. I say it comes closer to the modern day plushies you see, like Nendoroid Plus. Needless to say, they're soft enough and I enjoy spending the time with her in bed. I always have her close to me when falling asleep, so that might say enough :).

The bum feels a bit softer than the rest of the body, but that's to be expected. The breasts could've been softer in my opinion, but you could always try to see if BD can keep note of how soft you want the breasts to be. Flandre has the old skeleton and very small breasts, but they feel softer, so they should be able to make it possible. I did give her something that once strapped on, she has some soft breasts. That might be a little trick to use if someone's too affraid that the breasts won't be soft enough, but I'll post more about that later.

Pretty good once you get the hang of it. The new skeleton is better at keeping most common positions. The insert area is a bit tighter than the old one, which might make it hard for certain big inserts to get in (The Meiki ZXY still works well with it when inserted correctly). If I have to highly recommend an insert for this doll, it would be the Fleshlight. To me, it fits the best and is easy to put in, because of the front and back shape of the insert. Of course, having enough lube is also recommended.

Any recommended model of Fleshlight? I have no experience with them, but I do have the Meiki ZXY (that thing is so amazing...).

When you've done your business, how do you go about cleaning the areas that need it?

I'm using the Vortex myself. It might be the one that comes closest to being realistic when it comes to the Fleshlight. If you want the color to match, I would try the Fleshlight girls that have this structure. As for cleaning, so far I've only had to clean up the insert. I've been careful enough to keep the outsides from getting dirty most of the times. Should it happen, it can usually be fixed with spot treatment. I have been able to clean up the fabric using a washing cloth with warm water and a tiny bit of detergent that I use for the washing machine, letting it dry after the treatment.
