Great video. Awesome background music too. Is the tongue you use in her standard from PIB? Are you able to contort or bend PIB tongues a certain way to make it look like that?

Yes all of us with an "oral" head come with tongues. It is just a free sitting silicone tongue that lies nested in our mouths that can be pulled out and used for pics.
For example (note: photo is unenhanced, the only editing done on it was to crop and adjust image size.)

My Karpos was taking a picture to be my avatar and I decided to stick my tongue out for him.

It can be curled and shaped just like you need it.

PIB should return your money back for this vid too use as an add on there web site this will greatly increase there sales. Just saying they NEED too look at the skill and thought that went into this and try to copy it or pay you for a new vid. For the artistic people out there that produce this you are a better person than I.
