BT 3 Sky Skull repair Part 1

For those who know, Tasha met with a nasty injury this summer where her the base of her skull broke. The flat part/base of the skull cracked in horizontally and broke off from the base of the skull like so:

So , I cleaned everything up, and put it together with Epoxy Plastic Bonder

Epic fail. It lasted a few days and split again. So I contacted Professor Dodgeman who put this right on his drawing board and came up with a fabulous permanent solution. Which saved me from purchasing a new skull.

Here we go: We disassembled her head

In order to make the plates to repair the skull, templates were cut using card stock and the temporary assembled skull.

Aluminum Plates cut using the templates.

Main set crew hole was drilled and plates were affixes to the skull for additional drilling

I know how well Dodgeman fix's things as he help havefun fix my fingers a few years age.

Havefun has been very careful every since and I haven't had anymore finger pokes.

Yep He's the best Chrissy! He fixed my fingers too. So how's my buddy havefun? Please thank him for telling Tj about the tangle teezer. I love it.
