I said this in the first thread I didn't know DS dolls could stand am I missing something?
Hi, Technically they are not made to stand, although as you can see that they can stand if supported. However damage to the sole/heel area can and probably will occur. This has happend with my ds 158 +, a hole appeard at her left heel but was easily fixed with some silicone adhesive which once hardend actualy reinforced the heel area, i can now see signs of this happening with this doll also but i will fix it when the time comes, Photography is a large part of why i own dolls, I am not saying i am any good at takeing photos, i just enjoy doing so, and for the doll to be able to stand is a must have, so if damage happens and i can fix it then this is an acceptable risk i am willing to take.
Haremlover has the same doll but i belive his doll has some kind of bolt on the sole of her feet for her to be able to stand without damage, but i guess this must be asked for in advance, when i ordered mine i did not know this option was avaliable.
So basicly No they are not built to stand, and if anyone does stand their Ds doll then they do so at their own risk.

First we need one of these
A folding and adjustable walking stick.

1/Extend it to the desired hight
2.Place handle between her cheeky cheeks
this creates the third point of contact and thats how it is done.
The not photoshop pics, here you can just about see the cane/walking stick between her legs.

And then it's basically a balancing act and hope she does not fall over. It is difficult to do these shoots on my own a second person would make a world of diffrence. but i make do with what i have.
