Glad to find this thread. I am working on a small silicone dark elf and I had it in mind to make a small silicone demon doll as well.

Steel armature with medium monster clay positive built over it then resin mother mold, I pour platinum cure silicone into. I made a larger one some time ago with a plaster mother mold and silicone sleeve but you have to release it with the right agent so the silicone won't bond to the detail sleeve silicone.

I love seeing supernatural dolls. This is a intriguing post. I have myself played a few games similar to what you post. I love exploring and trying new things. I'll wait till more crazy and strange creature dolls get made but I wouldn't mind owning one, one day..
