Help repairing vaginal tear

So I got a wmdoll 140cm and had lots of fun. Then I did something stupid by putting a fleshlight in without trimming it enough. Now she has some horrible tears.

From what I've read here I thought the best way to repair it would be to use TPE glue. I got some here https://www.sexysexdoll.com/tpe-repair-glue I tried gluing 2 extra pieces together and let them dry for 12 hours. I then tried to pull them apart and they did seperate.

Yes you can use glue, you can try love dolls U.K. , I bought a bottle from them and it seemed pretty decent quality.
First you have to get it as clean as you can, any lint, hair, oil & lube will contaminate the bond.
Next you need to get the doll in a completely relaxed state, and the tear(s), especially the one on top needs to be completely in contact with itself but at the same time relaxed.
This can sometimes be harder than not.
You may want a tiny amount of positive pressure in the glue joint because sometimes the surface can retract a very small amount when glue is applied, but too much pressure will cause the cut to split even further.
Again, a very tiny amount.
All positioning should be done by adjusting the position of the doll on a stable counter, desk, or table.
It can be done on a bed but it's not recommended. If necessary, place a soft blanket on the floor and use that.
But the key here is to have the doll completely motionless in a stress free condition especially the area being repaired.
Essentially this will always be the position the doll was in when it was molded.
Except in this case it may need just a tiny amount of the legs being closed.
Your going to have to use judgement at that point.
Because you want to get it perfectly positioned like it originally was, and your sure it won't go slack or move after you apply the glue you can proceed.
Apply the glue using a wooden toothpick, while you can open the tear slightly to allow the glue to distribute if it's a real deep cut, you only apply to the middle of the tear, let it wick into the corner and end or the tear.
The best way is to leave it untouched, and apply the glue to the closed tear and let it wick into it.
When the tear is completely touching itself with glue in between, step away for 24 hours.
You may have to touch up some areas after, but I find it works best when left alone for a while.
If it still smells like glue. Leave it alone.
You don't have a lot of chances with this big of a repair with glue but if successful will net the best result.

There's another method, but I'll leave it as this for now.

ok, not sure if the video will upload and play, but this was sent to me by WM via 1am. It demonstrates doll in relaxed (legs closed) state and tear not visible (or least visible). I used the thin blade of a sharp knife dipped in the glue. Using thumb and finger from one hand, gently spread the tear open enough to glide the blade through the tear as you release your fingers, then gently press and hold wound together for a bit and yes leaving for at least 24 hours and gently checking results and repeating where necessary. To be honest, you may want to do this with the insert installed and clean the doll as if it were a "built-in" vagina from now on. Very doubtful repeated removal and re-installation of insert wouldn't just reopen the wound.

I tried glue on such a tear and it didn't want to work.

I bought a variable temperature soldering iron which can be set to 200 degrees.

You can cut small pieces of TPE from the square end of an insert if extra TPE is helpful.

Close the legs nearly together

Plunge the soldering iron into the hole and let it melt to the bottom of the tear. Bring it up to the hole position again and then insert the handle of a craft knife or other 10mm diameter rod.

Turn her upside down and do the top of the tear likewise.

The photograph is after an attempt using TPE filler, which didn't work. Only the soldering iron worked and I need to do a photo of the finished result which is good

Thanks for the tips guys. I'll try the glue method first and let it cure for a few days and hope it'll hold.

I guess now I'll have to be careful not to have her legs spread for too long at a time.

Yeah, that was what I basically was thinking as a plan B as well.
After melting it back together you use a mini heat gun to help smooth it out on the outside.
And if all fails you can just construct your own vaginal design of your liking.
That's what I did when my main high usage doll began to split between the vag & anus.
Ended up making a cool utility pussy that's practically indestructible but feels great.
