Glad to hear the cuddling went well! I agree that TD is very good for cuddling and hugging. Standing is definitely not a strong suit for Jewel either- perhaps harder for her especially with her larger than normal butt lol.

I found sex with Jewel a lot better than with Cammy- even using the same insert, so I hope once you got that sorted out you'll be happy in that department as well.

Cuddling was good and pretty much on par with Eryka. She stands (albeit supported like with Eryka), but she is a bit more wobbly. She will not be as good a standing model like Eryka, but I would believe she is on par for sitting and laying down modeling, perhaps even better in these areas. Eryka has a better feel to her face, but Lynda is more photogenic. I have not yet taken photos of her though, but I will do so this weekend as her new outfit arrives today.

As for the sex issue, I have placed an order with Toy Demon for a Lilith Spiral Wave. This is a different looking and (from what I been reading) a different feeling insert. The recommended Lilith Uterus has been out of stock for a while, and Toy Demon has no definite date when it will be back in. There were only four left of the Spiral-Wave, which was placed in higher regards over the Spiral Dots. Since my Venus Clone is mostly dots, I figured I would give the Lilith Spiral Wave version a shot.

Toy Demon is clipping me an extra $10 for shipping and that is at the best, but slowest rate! So I will not see the insert until August 7, which is a little more than a week! Arrrrrrgghhhhhhhh!

Well, at least $60 isn't too terrible considering that the discovery that Lynda's dimensions are much closer to Eryka than what I initially thought, I do save a chunk of change not having to rebuy new outfits for Lynda.

Nice to know that, as on the Beautiful Dolls site, they say the smaller hole is an anal insert. But I had noticed that the two holes are linked up (upon my first cleaning) and one of the reasons why I didn't like this insert was because of the need to clean two holes instead of one. It takes twice as long to clean than my Tomax insert.

As I stated above, I am going to give the Lilith - Spiral Wave a shot. Even though the Uterus is more recommended, it is currently out of stock.

Yikes, another week of waiting! I suppose you can try the plush insert and condom while you wait

Since you have a spare dagmar insert, you can also try cutting 1 to 2 inches off the end of one, put the female condom over the open end and fit it into the doll that way lol.

Sorry I have been away for a few days, and didn't read this up until now. I had thought of doing what you mentioned with cutting the insert, but since that insert has the two holes I was not looking forward to going back to cleaning that insert. So I figured I would just wait it out until the new insert comes and I will hope that works out. I thought about putting a soda can up her crotch to 'ream her out', but then I was concerned that if the insert is a perfect fit now, that might make her 'too loose'. So I want to get the insert first and make sure of the fit before I do anything.

Up to now I have been sporadically cuddling with her at night and I am fine with that. In terms of her cuddle factor, she is right up there with Eryka.

Noticing your new pictures of Jewel, I can see that you had to prop her up quite a bit for standing. This is really not evident from pictures alone, but because now I know first hand how hard it is to pose these dolls in a standing position. I have not tried sitting positions as of yet, but I am sure she will probably handle sitting positions well. But we well see. Tonight I am going to change her wig out and see what she looks like in other wigs.

Another thing that had come to mind is overall weight of dresses and other clothing, which makes me wonder about layering clothes as the extra weight might make her even more difficult to pose standing up. But I usually never layered more than two items anyway. However, some of Eryka's outfits are heavy, such as those tops that have the large bell sleeves.

Overall, I am still indifferent right now. There are pros and also cons to the Textile Dolls. One thing is certain, she is not going to be a good fashion photography doll because of her issues with standing and also the fact that her arms do not stay up and are the worst at holding a pose. So even though her skeleton is good, it is a very "soft" in the joints, and kind of puts me in the same situation as with Eryka. But I do have the confidence in knowing this is the way the doll is and more than likely her skeleton will not deteriorate like Eryka's has and / or will develop in the future.

But I just keep going over in my head that I have two dolls now to do the purpose of what what the one, Eryka, should have done.

At any rate, I will be back with a full review of Lynda once her insert arrives.

Sorry I been away for a while. Much has been going on here, but I figured I would give you an update as to what has been going on with my Textile Doll.

Ok, for starters, Linda (Lynda) is now Lydia. I figured that if my wife found out, looking from her point of view, the choice of Lynda might sound a bit awkward since that was my sister's name. Also, I have been liking the sound of Lydia more.

Next. I have the Tomax Lilith Spiral Wave insert for her and it DOES fit. At first it didn't fully go in, but the diameter was correct. So I decided to examine her insert opening more carefully, I found that there is an inner liner and this was bunched up at the end and was the main reason why the inserts were not going in fully. I have also discovered that the insert opening is very weird. It kind of goes up and into the doll on an angle into the butt. So now inserting on this angle, it goes all the way in properly. My guess is that there is a support wire for the hips that goes through the place where a woman's bits would normally be. So they have it even lower now then on the Dagmar doll due to the angle. So right off the bat, this would make any attempts at Missionary out of the question. However, this might certainly make the standing doggy style easier and it also might open the door for reverse cowgirl or something position like that.

For now I am trying out my favorite position which is the standing doggy and sadly, I have not had much action

. It seems, like with Eryka, I am going through that phase of getting to know her. Thankfully I am reaching an aroused point and given the shape of Lydia's butt, and legs, the attraction is there. But I have found that with the insert in a doll, it is harder to get in. So I was not fully to that stage yet. I know there is some anxiety as well, not only because Lydia is a new doll, but also because of my situation. Before, I had Eryka in an empty house and thus, there was no fear of a family member barging in on me. I don't have that luxury here. Even though I do keep Lydia locked away in an armoire, I am with her in the back room of the basement where there are no doors...just a curtain separates the front of the basement from the back. Even though I do close the door to the basement, there is no lock on the door. So I would only have a limited amount of time if someone gets up and pray that they don't come down to the basement. Luckily, because Lydia is so light, I could just quickly pick her up, straighten her legs out and bring her into the bathroom with me. The bathroom doors do lock. So it could be that as well.

So sadly, there hasn't been too much sex action. But I am sure it is a matter of time.

The top is a bit ill fitting in some areas, particularly the arms, the neck and the waist where she is a bit disproportionately smaller. Whereas the breasts and buttocks completely stretch and fill out the leotard. Now the next thing are those nipples! VERY Noticeable! With Eryka, I had chosen no physical nipples, just coloring. Lydia has some serious nipples on her and this is going to be a disadvantage with her as a fashion doll because almost everything I have, in terms of outfits, is very stretchy around the boob area. So those nipples are going to poke out like that with nearly each outfit! So what I might have to do is get a bra for her. I do have a sports bra, but it has nothing substantial in the front, and those nipples are pretty hard and will poke through anyway. Yes it is a minor issue, but still one. Yet due to the disproportions of the upper torso and arms, compounded with the nipple issue, it will prevent her from being a photography model. If I put a top on her that was more draping than form fitting, that might work out fine teamed up with a leotard, so she would be mostly showing her legs off. I don't know, I will have to see. But I know that outside of these forums, I can't be posting pictures of her with nipples sticking out like that. LOL!

I have not created a review of yet as I am still a bit on the fence. But so far I am intending on keeping her provided I do have a breakthrough in the sex area. I think it will eventually happen though as I am finding Lydia very attractive in the the standing doggy position. Given that she has larger breasts but a smaller torso than Eryka, she also has some nice "side boob" in that position. She is a pretty cute and attractive doll overall. While overall, I am indifferent between Eryka and Lydia, I would say Lydia's look in the standing doggy position definitely wins.

So in terms of progress, only time will tell.

Get one of those padded bra, that should solve the problem

I think I lucked out on Jewel in having her with such a large butt- that negated the issue with the insert being too low, but yeah, these TD ladies are great in doggy positions. Glad the insert now fits! Progress is wonderful!

Hello!

I have to apologize in regards to my message yesterday. I had a fart of the brain and I uploaded pictures to it as if you are able to see them, right? At any rate they were of Lydia in the poofy curly hair wig that I normally have Eryka wear. The leotard top is white and covers the entire upper body and it has high cut outs for the legs, so with the waist high pantyhose I have on her, it makes for a nice transition and really accentuates the waist to hip transition. Also the ends of the sleeves have a loop in it so it hooks over the thumb and thus the sleeve covers part of her hands too. To describe the fit, it is a mixed bag as the top is very loose in the sleeves and the mid section given that Lydia so so thin in those areas. However, the boob area and also the shoulders are filled out nicely. When she is laying down in the standing doggy position, she has a nice bit of side boob going on and running my hands along her sides feels pretty good. So she is wearing only those three pieces and the pictures showed her standing up against a wall, and also laying down on a bed. The last picture she was in the brown leotard with a long wavy blonde hair wig. Surprisingly, that blonde wig is a nice quality and I do like it as it is wavy and not straight. Usually when it comes to straight hair, I prefer that in a short bob style haircut. I am not sure if you know that style but it is best described as a 'bowl' type haircut, but the sides come down and curve inward towards the face (but not covering it), or the neck depending on the length. The bob style can have bangs or not. I do have a wig like this for Eryka as the bob style is one of my favorites. It is popular among Asian women, and since Eryka is Asian, she looks very elegant with that wig on. I have yet to try the platinum blonde pixie hairstyle wig on Lydia though. That one I already described to you on Eryka's page.

Yes, probably so. Although finding the right bra size for her would be difficult since the breasts on the Textile Dolls are oddly shaped. I am sure I might be able to find a stretchy padded bra and that might help because right now, the nipples are VERY noticeable and I couldn't post fashion pictures of the doll outside of TDF for that reason. Had I had the doll custom made, I wouldn't have had the nipples installed. Just have the artwork there to show nipples when she doesn't have anything on. But frankly, I don't really undress her for intimacy. I just follow through on the arousal I get from the outfit she is wearing. As it is, when it comes to her 'skin', it feels like pantyhose anyway. Further, the pantyhose I have on her legs is shiny and very attractive in itself. Given how I am anyway, I don't like to detract from the moment and hence the reason why I always use open crotch pantyhose and dress her in skirts only. Then it is an easy matter to just get her into position, lift the skirt and go. Or in the case with the leotard, which has a snap crotch, I just have to unbutton that, which is no big deal.

That is a possibility as with "more meat" in her posterior, there was more room for Yuri to work with. Lydia has a decent sized butt as well. It is kind of shaped like your Jewel's butt, albeit on a much smaller scale. The thing is that the lower legs are about the same as on Jewel. Her legs taper down quite a bit in thickness when getting down to her lower legs. Lydia's lower legs I do consider small, as mostly everything is smaller on these dolls when compared to a real woman, save for the breasts and buttocks! My wife's lower legs are actually only marginally larger than on either Eryka or Lydia as she has pretty slender legs. Usually I do like thicker legs on a woman myself, especially the calves. But the taper from the calves to the ankles is VERY important and this is an area that Eryka was lacking in. But Lydia has the leg shape right and it is something I can both see and feel.

Getting back to the insert, yeah, I did have to play with the insert opening as (at first) I couldn't get it fully in. The opening is weird shaped too as it is not a perfect cylinder. It is almost a loose cone or tapered cylinder. So yeah, I am progressing, but it is going slow. I wasn't with Lydia last night as I was tired, but I think tonight I will give her another go. I will definitely keep you posted!
