Lurking through TDF, I began reading many of your post over the past few months, as I have wanted a doll for many years. Being so concerned about what my family or friends would think or say, I continued to talk myself out of purchasing one many times. Finally one day, in early December, I had some sort of an epiphany and realized this is what I want and my friends and family "should" accept my life choices; and if they can't, tough s#!t, this is my life. After that, I joined TDF! Anyways, so far I have no regrets and I'm so glad I finally made the right decision after all of these years!
I would also like to thank everyone on TDF who has been supportive and helpful, with a special thanks to user iViolinistMicah. He doesn't appear to be active on TDF anymore, but seeing many of his YouTube videos gave me the courage to even come this far, so thank you! This is truly a great community, or dare I say, family.
