WM heads, difference between 272 and 273

A question for those in the know from a new b. Anyone know the difference between the WM heads 272 and 273? May seem stupid and trivial but I don't want to make a mistake that I will have to live with for a considerable amount of time. Thanks for any help you can give. If there is anything I can do in return I'll do my best.

I have the pics and honestly can't tell the difference. That is why I asked for someone with WM experience.

I’m looking at a picture of the two. I have 273. And 272 looks much different. Looks like she has a smaller mouth and it’s closed. Smaller eye sockets and a more pointy chin. Definitely different.

Thank you Dollover2000 the pictures for comparison are most helpful. I really like the 273 and will be going with that for my next doll.

273 is a really great look, she is adaptive to so many different poses, wigs and expressions. Just check out how many doll variations are out there with the 273. like the WM163h body an absolute classic, but not necessarily the cutest now.
