Hey everyone, I just wanted to make a separate thread for my doll. Trying to get more involved with this forum and my doll. I have learned a lot from other posts on this forum and would love to contribute whenever I can. I now see how hard it is to get good shots of your doll in different poses and outfits. Well, without too much talking, here is Rose, my first silicone doll

So I decided to change up the makeup on my doll a bit. My doll didn't come with much makeup applied on her when I received her. With only my basic makeup brush kit that I ordered off Amazon, I did what I could. The kit that I have doesnt really have any fine/sharp tipped brushes so it was hard to do a nice eyeliner around the eyes.

Definitely need to improve on my makeup skills and get some finer brushes. Not sure how this looks on the doll. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated and sorry for the bad before/after picture

Thanks everyone! and especially Gogodolls for the signature and profile picture idea and copy. I'm glad that I didn't make my doll look like a clown by doing her makeup as a newbie :haha4:

Today, I gave Rose a small photoshoot session to see how she looks with her makeup touched up a bit and with some different outfits. Crazy big difference having flash on the camera vs without. Much better with the flash on IMO. I have also received some gladiator sandals for her to try on. What do you think? Sorry in advance for the photo dump

Some new gladiator sandals came in the mail. These took absolutely forever to put on at the beginning. What do you think of them?

Thanks! I thin out my lines with a tissue with iso since I don't have sharp fine brushes. Makeup is easy smudged/rubbed off tho unfortunately.
The eyelashes that came with the doll started to peel off at the ends and I tried to fix it with some silicone glue. Did not end up well since I accidentally ripped a bit of one eyelash off at the end. With my bit of OCD, I couldn't stand seeing it being uneven so I just took off both eyelashes and glued some new ones on that I had bought previously but never used. Of course I had to take more photos of Rose since she is too pretty to just not take pictures of

Here is a closeup of Rose with her new lashes and redone makeup since I had to remove all her eye makeup to glue on the lashes

Seems like Rose likes to tease me. Also, I just found out that the gladiator sandals that I had ordered are 2 sizes too big. So much for size 34

Sometimes it feels like Rose is telling me to get down on my knees...

Thanks! I try to keep her wardrobe updated so she stays happy. I am so glad that online shopping is so easily done nowadays. I cant Imagine having to go through womens section of stores and getting stared at by everyone. Aliexpress is what Im constantly browsing now
