Need advice from the experienced

Hi All,

As most of you know, I have just recently welcomed my new LD into my home.

My problem is this, she is really a bit tight in the most wonderful of places. That would be great except that I'm not the man of steel anymore, if you get my drift.

At least not right away. Gettin older sucks!

There is a spot inside of her where she gets more narrow, and there is quite a bit of resistance at that point, then opens up again. I think that this may be what Knighthorse was talking about before they left for vacation in regards to the girth issue, but I'm not sure. My girl was made before they started that sizing advantage.

I wondered if I put a plastic vibrator up there for a couple of days if that would help? Also, bare in mind that she is platinum cured silicone, so I don't know if that would cause any adverse reaction or not.

I would greatly appreciate advice from those who know. I have to leave for the salt mines now, but willl check this as soon as I get home.

Hi Musician,

I remember Bill posting about this some time ago. He used a wooden rod, I think it was a cut off piece of a broom or shovel handle or something like that. He would lube it up and leave it in his dolls for a certain period. he wrote that silicone has a sort of "memory" it retains the shape of the object placed inside. I don't think that would be a problem with a plastic vibrator.

I'm not sure what type of lube you could use except "don't use silicone based lube" or oil based, nor vaseline. it will destroy your dolls interior. Water based lube is probably the safest. Water based lube gets absorbed by human skin, but I don't think it gets absorbed by silicone(whatever type).

You could alway check every couple of days and re-lube if necessary.

Just to make you feel more comfortable; the same thing happened to me. I hate it when it's too tight; I was the same with RG's. Always had a bit of lube handy. Some RG's can get real uptight.

I alluded to this (or similar) in my review 'nony one week on' and in some subsequent comments way back. However it was (and still is) too soon to give a fully informed view.
(It took the best part of a year to discover the position required the enjoy tash to the fullest).

Because of the toughness of the silicone, giving durability, the shape of bum and vagina, giving the beautiful curves, the bent posture - not sure why they are poured that way instead of being more erect - and the thick labia, to eliminate tearing, the entries are tight and difficult to reach/enter unless one has a good hard stiffy and you get the angles just right.
I am still trying to figure that out for me. It is a personal thing though and varies from person to person. Probably doll to doll too.
Come summer will try some sitting positions.

Platinum does give a lot though so don't be afraid to spread her.
I am not sure if inserting an 'enlarger' would give sufficient memory to the silicone they are made from, especially as the vaginal entry, and presumably the inside, closes once removed and reverts to the original as poured position.
Which by the way makes it more difficult to wash out in trying to get the sponge stick and douche tube through the thick tough closed labia.

I don't think a silicone dildo would affect the silicone provided it is heavily lubed, though there are many different types in the market.
Still, worth a go. Think I will try it myself, leave for a day or two and see how it goes.

The advantage of having more than one doll is that one does not miss out if one of your dolls is 'otherwise indisposed'.

The legs on a lovable doll will open very wide, so if you can use something to keep them there everything else is opened wider also. Use lots of lube and go for it.

Just hearing that I'm not alone in this makes me feel a lot better.

I gave this stuff some thought, and I figure that part of it is the tightness, which is a definite factor, but also just not being comfortable with doll sex yet. As in, not really knowing how to do it with the positioning. Oddly, she doesn't seem to help. She just lies there and says, "come on big boy...give it to me now!"

This is my first high end doll, so I'm scared to death I'm going to damage her. I'm not used to how far her joints will move yet without damage, etc., and that can be very distracting to say the least. I'll get used to it eventually, I guess.

Thanks for reminding me about your comments in your review. I remember your saying that now, and I've got to figure out that position thing too...obviously.

The things you said made a lot of sense to me too that I hadn't thought of before like the thicker labia and such as that. I also noticed that washing difficulty too. Takes a bit of effort to make sure that she's good and clean, but it's kind of fun too.

Thanks for the reminder of what Bill used. I couldn't remember. I knew he used something, but I do recall it was a shovel handle he cut off. I guess he cut it off?

Yeah those tight dolls and RG's can be a bit awkward at times, but in the old days I'm sure we could all drive rail spikes with em' so there was no passage to tight to explore. Things change.

Maybe your still like that though.

Yep...your right about that chicken thing.

If you read this, I was wondering if you leave those gloves on Shannon all the time to prevent finger pokes? It seems I remember reading one of your post mentioning that. If that's the case, I need to get some gloves like that for Roselle. She's already got four that's come through even though I've tried really hard to be careful. They're not too bad, but I'll need to repair them soon so that they don't get ugly.

I think I'll try the vibrator with the water based lube to see if it will help a little. Just a little would help a lot.

Just a side note. I won't be doing my review until I know what I'm doing with my doll so that I can be fair about what I think. But I can say that so far, I think that she is amazing! I just want to get past this one hang up, then it's all good. I love having her here already.

Good luck with your new girl Mahtek, I'm sure you have her with you by the time I wrote this tonight. You've got the advantage over me in that you know how to handle dolls better than I do. I hope that you have a great time with your girl!

It can also be caused by that the platinum silicone is little more stiff than the tin based silicone.
I think the method with the wooden rod may work, however, I should inform at Knighthorse first if you can use this method safely, because it may cause compression damage on the vagina.
Why not have some "patience" and have "cuddle only" which is probably nice already, till Matt and Bronwen are back, I've a Realdoll around here for a half year and have not had sex with her during that time due to that I'am fixing her up... that doll has compression damage on the vagina, and no you don't get happy when you see that.
Maybe I'am too carefull in warning you for this but better be too carefull first than do damage to the doll.
This LD's are new to us, it are not Realdolls, we need to learn them, things that work on RD's may not work on LD's.
It may be too that you need to learn the doll, take patience, sooner or later you will know how to put her in a position e.g. with a pillow under her back, that will allow you to access her vagina more easily.
I have had simular problems with first Realdoll (not able to access) but once learned how it was and is nice.

Yes I mostly have gloves on Shannon to prevent finger polks. It works great for the most part. Be sure you get alot of powder on her fingers and hand before putting on the gloves. If there is friction from the silicone the wires will polk through putting them on. I had her thumb wire go through the glove and cut my finger. If I would have had the option I think i would have got Shannon without wires. There great for photos, but a pain for everything else. Be sure the are silk gloves or if you don't mind the look mittens work will also. I trust you are having lots of fun with her by now.

OK, since I've already had my first finger poke with Nina, I can tell you the problem, and the fix.

The problem is that when the finger wire has the knob on the end of the wire installed, there is still a small, sharp bit of wire end at the tip.

Before you reglue the finger, file, sand or grind the sharp end of the wire off. This way a blunt knob will be trying to poke through, not a point.

I am not suggesting you go this far until you get to know your girl really well but believe me these girls are pretty flexible and if you do not try - bit by bit - as time goes on, you will never know

Apologies for picture quality but would you know, right in the middle of the shoot, the effing batteries ran out in the camera and one would not want to keep nony 'in extremis' whilst going out shopping for replacements.

Oh and by the way, without viagra I would be screwed - or rather 'not so'.

Hi Musician,

If you do not have silk gloves, you can use nylon knee highs, they will do the same thing in helping save your dolls fingers.

I think you guys have made a good suggestion, as has everybody that has responded. But since I wrecked my back putting my motorcycle up on it's stand, I probably should cool it for a few days anyway. That will give me time to check with Knighthorse as to what they might suggest.

I probably just need to be a bit more patient....right fucking now!

Thanks for the photos. They do help out. Since the joints are new and still a bit stiff, I have just been a bit afraid to push them. But thanks to you, I can see clearly that it's safe to take it farther than I have been.

Thanks for tip about the gloves. I wouldn't have thought about the extra powder before putting them on. Right now I've got socks on her hands to try to protect them, but I want to get her some sexy looking gloves for her like you've got for Shannon. That looks sooo cool!

I haven't used the adhesive to glue her fingers yet, so I'll get on that filing before I do. Thanks for sharing you experience and knowledge. It sure does help out.
