At just over 3 weeks and I am very happy that RLSD is on the case when it comes to bringing fantasies to life! Received my order update and factory photos this morning (both below). Anyone on the fence about this vendor can come down...

Status update:
“Happy Dance! Quality Assurance has approved your order to be 100% correct and it’s moved to packaging and shipping! We'll update your order with a tracking number as soon as it ships!”

Nice thing about their status updates is if you miss the email or it ends up in spam, they track every step on their website in your account. As well as direct messaging built into their site for questions or early order anxiety. Longest I waited for a response so far was 48 hours probably cause of the weekend.

Now, the unveiling...

Now for the QC...

“ Hi Michael!

We just approved your dolls QC and thought you would like to see her photos.

We sent both heads back to have the makeup and eyebrows redone and teeth whitened on the other. The corrected photos are also attached.

We will update you again when she ships and add the tracking number to your order so that you can know when to expect her!

I haven’t gotten any advice on the WM thread. Was wondering if you guys(RLSD) had any advice for removing what appears to be resin on the head bolt threads? I cant get the head to seat on the neck connector properly, so it just falls off if I move the doll in the slightest bit. Seems like I could go at it with a screwdriver, but didn’t want to go that way if there was an easier process. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mike, We talked to the factory and their suggestion was to chip it way with a screwdriver. Please let us know if you have any issues.
