Do You Want A Warm Doll? New Promos For Heating Dolls!

In addition to the original promo activities (see viewtopic.php?t=156874), we have an additional promo activity in October for the main organic pro and platinum pro full body heating version.

Promo content:

Previously, we only had 151 Salamander AIO (head and body in one) full body heated dolls. Now our 153/163/171 Organic PRO and Platinum PRO can both be made with heating function.

The body and head of our 153/163/171 Organic PRO and Platinum PRO heated versions are separated from their heads, means the body can be heated and the head unheated, and the head can be selected separately.

The heating function is a special custom function, which normally requires an additional 3,000 yuan (450usd )per unit. During the promo period, customers can have this wonderful function with just 150usd extra.

Here are the thermal camera videos/photos （taken with 151AIO Salamander for your reference） which were taken in 2 hours no contact test.

In about 1.5-2 hours heating is enough for the initial heat, then with the temperature control it's around an hour heating every 4-6 hours. Any heating longer than 2 hours constant has been unnecessary and risks hotspot temperatures above 50c.

We suggest to use 36V power, we will send a small adapter (transformer) along with the doll.

It seems inconsistent due to the uneven silicone thickness and the different heating-wire winding distribution. IE, at the place of butt, breasts, the silicone layer is thicker, so it comes less heat under the red-ray camera.

Previously, the heating feature was only available for the 151cm Salamander(All-in-one) and she is the ONLY one that can be heated all over the body including the head.

After more than half a year of testing, finally, this heating function can be added to 153cm, 163cm, and 171cm OSP(Organic Silicone Pro) and PSP(Platinum Silicone Pro) bodies. And this will offer more XYcolo customers who prefer mature-sized heads more options. Please note that the detached heads can NOT be headed.

With energy crisis getting worse and worse each week, how´s power consumption btw? What about self warming materials? Heard about materials (possible filler) that warm up just through movement (or squeezing) alone.

I took these images so can answer that, it's because they are two different colour filters.
The temperatures were exactly the same and the photos were all taken at the same time. It just shows the heat in two different ways to help illustrate how the heat is distributed, there were other filter options on the thermal camera I used but thought those two looked the best.

The heat builds up slowly from the core of the doll and it's quite a deep radiant heat so it's not instant. I found that after turning it on it can take at least 30mins before you feel the heat on her skin. Generally 1h30 is enough to reach an average body/skin temperature (33-38c), though that does depends on if she is covered or not. The power adapter is rated 36v@7amps so the max power draw should be 252watts. I think that's fairly similar to the power consumption if you were to use a heated blanket, however the body cools a lot quicker with a blanket as the heat doesn't penetrate as deeply so a lot of that energy is wasted.
Using the internal heating to warm her up to body temperature is enough for her to stay warm throughout the night (with blanket/duvet) so I actually wake up with her still at roughly body temperature. To get that same heat into her with the electric blanket takes a lot longer.

I cover her with a decently thick polyester blanket to help the heat spread around the whole body, otherwise you get colder spots like in the thermal image. I put the power adapter on a temperature/time controlled plug with a sensor on a hot point (chest normally) and set it to turn off/on depending on the surface temp, though this is more to stop overheating or getting too cold. I found that due to the long delay between 'power on' and actual surface heat you can't really use it to keep the temperature exact. In the end using time based control worked the best, ie on for an 1h30 to bring the heat up, 20mins every hour after that to keep her at body temperature.
