That's the WM 170H body. Sorry, I don't know the head or wig.

It is head #142, and the wig is a cheap $10 one, short blonde and curly - but it has been «steamed» so the curls straighten out a bit making the curls less curly and increases the overall hair length.

It was his own decision, nothing from TDF side.
He still takes pics for WM dolls. You can find his style/background/scenery in many pics of new WM dolls.
