Experience of buying from irontech doll directly?

Hello all,
I'm just curious if anyone has had experience buying directly from irontech doll? What was your experience and would you recommend it?

I bought mine directly and their customer service is excellent! I recommend it. Their store don't have all the extra add-ons listed, so you have to ask.

I've dealt with them privately a few times via Email. They're CS is above average and I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response.

Their shipping quotes are higher than other companies I've worked with (yes I know shipping is crazy no matter where you go and prices fluctuate pending multiple factors).

Overall I felt confident to buy from them directly, but passed on the opportunity due to finding a different doll I'd rather have.

Yep, always good communication with them and timely responses...of course always considering different time zones involved.

Buying direct should always be cheaper than buying from a 3rd party vendor.

Yep, that too from TDF member discount and bits of negotiations as well. Always worth asking for that. I´d purchased my latest Tracy head directly again if there wasn´t a PP issue which IDK if it got solved in meantime.

I bought a Monica silicone torso directly from the company, which saved me about 200-300 bucks than getting it from a vendor. I was a bit skeptical too but overall the process was pretty smooth.

yeah, while some our vendor´s don´t like it, it almost always gives benefits ordering directly. Of course direct order doesn´t give certain kind of support that vendor´s might offer, but if one knows what one wants and has to count every $/EUR in the pocket, direct is way to go IMO.

It's always much easy and productive to comunicate directly to the manufacturer than trough middleware if possible.
Comunicating with IR CS felt more like chat - that fast was the response by email.

I'm working with Ken now on a potential 100cm Eva. Excited to see how the process goes, will respond here with an update and my comments. Hoping I get a deal as well and they can do it in super soft silicone.
