There is a manufacturer that sells heads with the faces of Japanese actresses. Compared to its other heads, there is an additional cost (around $350 if I remember correctly, except one which is significantly more expensive) which is explicitly indicated as being a royalty. There is therefore an image right which applies and which can be the subject of a contract between the manufacturer and the person whose face is being marketed.
