Would like to update this thread after several months of ownership, although I am still disappointed in the breast softness, the softness of the rest of the body certainly is nice, especially for a silicone doll. I would reckon the body is noticeably softer than a regular silicone doll.

However, given that my priority is breast softness, I probably should have gone with TPE as I could have gotten two dolls for the price of this one.

For softness, it seems TPE is hard to beat when compared to silicone at the moment.
For realism and visuals, I would probably consider other high-end silicone brands.

I appreciate your reviews, and perhaps my lack of experience with many silicone dolls lead to my disappointment through my misguided expectations, so I do not fault your reviews.

It would be easy to hide behind the forum rule of not being allowed to mention other brand in a part of the forum dedicated to one manufacturer so as not to answer the question. However, so far among the dolls I've reviewed, Elsa Babe fits into place as a sexdoll. The large breasts are excellent. Latex balloons filled with water might fit the bill for softness but not durability, whilst the Elsa Babe large breasts are bouncy, soft enough and durable.

The trouble with softer formulations of silicone is that the soft silicone does not survive vaginal sexual use and can split terribly. Elsa Babe is made for sexual use.

I was given a doll by someone who wanted me to review a doll made by a very very high-end manufacturer and facilitate arrangements for quiet delivery of a new doll discreetly unknown to his wife. The doll was delightfully soft. However the vagina was split quite catastrophically - the donor claimed that this was only on account of enthusiastic cleaning - but as a result of questions I had about the doll and implications for the brand I gave it back to him to sell rather than doing a review. In consultation with the manufacturer I asked if they would like me to do a review and the response was "We are not ready yet". There's another manufacturer for whom I did a review long ago whose prototype doll had a catastrophic problem with feet which they undertook to change so I felt confident about not drawing attention to the problem. That silicone is soft. Breasts are soft, but it did not survive sex. They've lately been trumpeting new weight reduced models but not asked me to do a review of their new model. For me that speaks volumes.

It's for this reason that I'm openly enthusiastic about Elsa Babe.

Imminently I'm going to be reviewing two other brands and it will be interesting to see what other brands are doing.

Is there any common material softness++ can be compared to? Like a deflated volleyball, an orange, a tempurpedic matress…anything? One of the most concerning things I’ve heard so far are hard butts that don’t feel as good as tpe in doggiestyle. Not sure what softness level the owners who reported this had though.

There are no L size hollow breasted elsababe silicone dolls. Vendors often list hollow and then "offer" gel as a "free upgrade" to make you think you are getting some kind of deal. In reality, gel is the default and only offering from most if not all silicone manufacturers for B cup and larger breasts. In other words, gel is automatically built into the base price and costs nothing additional; be wary of vendors charging for gel on a silicone doll. When you compare vendor pricing; compare out the door, shipped total pricing for a specific configuration. Often you will find that the vendors with "free upgrades" and/or "free heads" actually cost the same if not more than vendors not presenting default, no charge options as "free bonus" items.

In all of this one must not lose sight of the plain truth that a doll is a doll and not a human being, and that it's an analogue of a human being as best as can be achieved. This means that a doll's breasts will _never_ feel like a live human being's breasts but they can be made to give pleasant experiences.

The bottom line therefore is not whether they feel real, as such expectation will always disappoint, but as to whether the experience is pleasant.

I wouldn't go for purely hollow breasts.

Yeah no. It is possible to make exactly human breast like feel and I wouldn't be suprised if such chemical exists even now. The problem how ever is to make it in a way that the factory can produce these type of dolls from conveyor belt like they do now.

I think in very near future since there is if I remember right "sino doll" they seem to have the most realistic breast so there's another way than just full silicone, hollow or gel since their version is different from other manufacturers. Anyway in the future it will be done there is no real barriers other than to make the TPE and / or the silicone fomula better to let the breast softness come through.

I have real life experience of alot of titties and they are super soft always. I could say that I personally prefer the breasts on my TPE girl (gel breasts) like they are more firm since real breasts are like water balloons and when you sqeeze there is not whole alot of firmness in them. So in that sense yeah the hollow ones are most closest from all other manufacturer except I suspect I don't know, but I suspect of those sinodoll breasts since in the videos they jiggle very life like and no other doll breasts don't do that on any video.
